🙏 Namaste! I’m Madhavi Jain.

I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor (YCB Level 3), a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher, a Therapeutic Yoga Trainer, Certified Pranic Healer, and Sound Healer, based in Mumbai. I’m also the founder of Parshava Yoga & Wellness Studio — an Udyam-registered holistic healing space dedicated to helping people transform their health and reconnect with their inner harmony.

Since 2012, yoga has been my own path to deep healing, balance, and self-discovery — and today, my mission is to guide you to experience the same calm, strength, and self-mastery.

Through my signature method, Healing Yoga, I blend ancient yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques — combining asanas, pranayama, meditation, gratitude, affirmations, visualisation, and sound healing into a simple, practical practice that anyone can follow.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds — especially women — naturally manage hormonal imbalances, PCOD/PCOS, thyroid issues, diabetes, high BP, infertility, weight concerns, stress, anxiety, and more. My goal is to empower every student with gentle, powerful tools to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives — inside and out.
