Bhramari Pranayama, also called the Humming Bee Breath, is a simple yet powerful yogic breathing technique. It calms the mind, reduces stress, and helps balance hormones naturally — making it perfect for today’s fast, stressful lifestyle.

How to Practice

  1. Place thumbs on ears and fingers lightly over eyes (Shanmukhi Mudra).
  2. Inhale deeply through the nose.
  3. Exhale slowly while making a gentle humming sound like a bee — “mmm…”
  4. Feel the soothing vibration within your head and heart.
  5. Repeat for 5–7 rounds.
